Visio shortcuts are not directly visible in the GUI hence the difficulty to get them. This list was contributed by Reinmar Mück. Many thanks for the effort.
NOTE: This is a subset of the shortcuts optimized to contain the most useful ones
Shape manipulation

| CTRL+SHIFT+G | Group the selected shapes (also CTRL+G) |
| CTRL+SHIFT+U | Ungroup selected shapes |
| CTRL+SHIFT+F | Send selected shape to the front |
| CTRL+SHIFT+B | Send selected shape to the back |
| CTRL+L | Rotate selected shape to the left |
| CTRL+R | Rotate selected shape to the right |
| CTRL+H | Flip selected shape horizontally |
| CTRL+J | Flip selected shape vertically |
| F8 | Align selected shapes |
| F3 | Fill dialog for the selected shape |
| SHIFT+F3 | Line dialog for the selected shape |
| ALT+F9 | Snap & Glue dialog box |
